The MIT Initiative for Knowledge and Innovation in Manufacturing works to foster a thriving domestic manufacturing ecosystem and bridge MIT’s cutting-edge advanced manufacturing research to market commercialization. Housed within the Microphotonics Center, IKIM creates education and training content, supports manufacturing research, and develops policy recommendations across all advanced manufacturing technologies.
